Joliet is a New Orleans-based photographer and community builder whose work is centered around people. Her favorite part of photography is the connections she makes, capturing authentic moments while creating space for others to express themselves. This passion led her to found f/504.
fstop504 (f/504) is a New Orleans-based nonprofit and creative collective that provides photographers, artists, and models access to unique, historic spaces for collaborative events, exhibitions, and workshops. By activating these venues, f/504 supports local businesses and institutions while fostering an inclusive, creative community. Joliet also helps run Lapin's Workshop, a program of f/504, which serves as a community studio space. Lapin's offers sliding-scale workshops, including drawing and open studio days.
Joliet has curated group shows with f/504 and at the New Orleans Photo Alliance and has exhibited her work at Ferrara Showman Gallery. In addition to her work with f/504, she is the Social Media Manager for Vermont College of Fine Arts.
